Mobbs Way, Lowestoft

As part of a long-term programme to develop land for commercial use, three new commercial units were constructed at Mobbs Way Business Park. The design of these units was carefully aligned with the architectural style of existing buildings on the site, ensuring a cohesive appearance throughout the business park. Each unit featured a combination of office and workshop spaces, tailored to reflect tenant requirements identified in previous successful developments.

Given the proximity of construction to a buried fuel tank, a radar survey was conducted prior to commencement. This survey identified the tank’s exact location, allowing us to implement safety protocols and ensure its avoidance during construction.

The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget. The new tenants provided favourable feedback on the functionality and high-quality finish of the buildings, further underscoring the success of this development in supporting the growth of local businesses.
