The project involved demolishing existing concrete panel garages, with the careful removal and disposal of licensed asbestos materials.
A reinforced concrete foundation was then laid to support a Stepoc blockwork retaining wall, finished with a brickwork skin and concrete copings.
The garages were located directly adjacent to a neighbour’s garden, requiring the excavation of part of their garden to complete the work. We coordinated closely with the neighbouring property owner to ensure the work was carried out efficiently, and their garden was fully reinstated afterward.
Our team managed all groundworks and masonry, while the demolition and asbestos removal were subcontracted to trusted partners. The project was completed on time and within budget, satisfying both the client and the neighbouring property owner.
