East Anglian Ambulance Services appointed MS Oakes to undertake a comprehensive internal refurbishment of their Ambulance Station in Gorleston.
The project scope included constructing new internal walls spanning two storeys, installing a mezzanine floor to optimise space, and significantly upgrading the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and heating systems to meet modern operational demands. Additionally, we implemented new drainage systems and carried out extensive hard landscaping and asphalt works to enhance the external areas.
Given the scale and complexity of the refurbishment, completion was required within exceptionally tight timescales. To meet these demands, we combined the expertise of our in-house team with support from trusted specialist partners, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient delivery.
The project was successfully completed on time and within budget, delivering a fully modernised and functional facility that met all client expectations.
