MS Oakes is pleased to announce we have been appointed as the Main Contractor for a programme of improvement works across five Norfolk County Council Farms sites. The project involves a range of essential repairs and restoration works to both residential dwellings and associated outbuildings.
With planning already underway and work due to start shortly, we are focused on delivering a smooth and efficient programme of works. As these are operational farms, thoughtful coordination and clear communication will help us minimise disruption to tenants and day-to-day farming activities. And our flexible approach will be central to the project’s success.
Our experienced team will bring together traditional craftsmanship and modern construction techniques to ensure the renovations are sympathetic to the existing character and aesthetic of every property.
Environmental care is also a key priority. All works will be delivered with a strong commitment to minimising impact and contributing positively to the local environment.
This appointment reflects our continued commitment to sensitive, high-quality restoration work across East Anglia’s rural landscape.
